Netherlands: €6.95 standard shipping. Orders dispatched within 2–5 business days.

EU (European Union): €12.95 flat rate. Estimated 5–10 business days delivery.

International: €19.95. Estimated 7–14 business days delivery.

Free shipping is available on all bundle orders via our AutoDS shipping service.

Returns

We want you to love your VELMORA bra. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to return

Email us at Shopvelmoraeu@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We'll confirm your return and provide instructions.
Ship the item(s) back to us. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Faulty or wrong items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
