By placing an order on VELMORA.SHOP you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Products

All products are described as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings. We reserve the right to correct errors and update product information at any time.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Euros (EUR) and include VAT as required by EU law. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Returns

You have the right to return unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, contact us at Shopvelmoraeu@gmail.com.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
